Which USC school has the best football team?
As part of Founders’ Weekend 2026, the USC Alumni Association invites alumni to return to campus, rally their schoolmates and compete in the USCAA Schools Cup: Alumni Small Goal Football Classic.
This one-day football competition will bring together eight alumni teams representing USC’s six schools for an afternoon of friendly rivalry, school pride, fellowship and fun.
Whether you graduated from CUC or USC, gather your fellow alumni, represent your school and compete for the title of USCAA Schools Cup Champion.
Who Can Play?
The USCAA Schools Cup is open to USC and CUC graduates of any year.
Players register under the school associated with their USC/CUC qualification.
All skill levels are welcome. This competition is about more than football—it is an opportunity to reconnect with classmates, represent your school and enjoy the USC spirit once again.
Represent Your School
Teams will compete under the banner of one of USC’s six schools:
School of Business
School of Education & Humanities
School of Theology & Religion
School of Sciences & Technology
School of Nursing & Allied Health
School of Social Sciences
Each school is guaranteed an opportunity to field a team, with eight team slots available overall.
The two additional team slots will be awarded to the schools with the highest number of registered players by the registration deadline—so rally your schoolmates and get registered!
Team & Competition Format
The Schools Cup will feature:
8 alumni teams
10 players per squad
5-a-side small goal football
5 players on the field with 5 rolling substitutes
The eight teams will be divided into two groups of four for the group stage.
Each team will play the other teams in its group, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semi-finals.
From there, it is on to the third-place playoff and championship final to determine who will lift the USCAA Schools Cup!
Match Duration
Group Stage: Two 12-minute halves
Knockout Stage: Two 15-minute halves
Registration
$100 for 100 Years
Team Registration Fee: TT$100 per team
As USC approaches its Centennial, the registration fee has been set at TT$100 per team in recognition of the University’s journey toward 100 years.
That is just approximately TT$10 per player for a full 10-person squad.

The Schools Cup forms part of Alumni Family Day during Founders’ Weekend 2026, making Sunday an opportunity for alumni, families and friends to reconnect on the USC campus.
And, of course, there will be bragging rights on the line as we answer one important question:
